Many properties in Sea Isle are available for rental throughout the year.
All short term renters in Sea Isle must possess and display a Sea Isle Amenities Pass prior to using the swimming pool facilities.
Property owners who rent out their property without going through a rental agency must obtain passes from the SIPOA office. Property owners who elect to have a rental agent handle their rental property should inform their agency that they must obtain passes from the SIPOA office. The Sea Isle Amenities Pass fee is twenty five dollars [$25.00] per pass.
